Not sure what you're asking. The problem with South America for expats is that they have some very protectionist immigration and aviation licensing practices that make it difficult, or in some countries imposible, for foreigners to work as pilots in Latin America. There are have been exceptions to that in the past, for example with LAN Peru having hired type-rated and experienced A320 guys. However, if you are at that level, there are better places to work in the world and nicer places to live than Lima.
