For example. If I am on reserve for 30 hours a week. How much of that reserve counts towards my flight and duty time limitation?
My understanding is that its 33%. So in this case, 10 hours would count towards my flight and duty.
Please let me know if this is correct, and if it's not too much trouble, please reference the CARs.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
At what rate does reserve time affect flight and duty time?

And just to clarify, I am referring to CAR 703/704 operations.

If you are operating for a 703/704 company, you need to learn how to search and read the CARs and aviation circulars. You are not flying with a student pilot permit anymore.
