Hey CPL,
Good for you, I'm glad you feel important as PIC, now......go F*&k your hat.
The guy is happy he got the call from JAZZ and so was I when I received my phone call. Its a great company to work for and you don't need to hijack his thread with your condescending sentiments.
Just had to get that off my chest,

No you dont make more. EI caps out at 1600 minus the 100 or so you lose to tax. Sorry but i make mor than that by quite a bit. Besides I get to travel the world for free, retire on a pension, have good benefit plan. But I guess you have all that too. Oh yeah I am heading home tomorrow for 8 days off. But I hope you like your present job.NewCPL wrote:I didn't take the interview. I make more in EU plus I fly as PIC not in JAZZ as F/O for another 5 years

That's right short bus I'm in flying in EU. Guys don't get me wrong I'm happy for you that you get into JAZZ It's been my dreem too. Good luck to you. For me right now I've chosen EU for next 3 years, plus I might get a CRJ or 737 captain here in the futture.
Good luck folks in G/S.Happy for you.

Skyhigh - again, congratulations and best of luck.
Shortbus - I believe that chief was making a joke. The implication was that the poster was not actually a pilot overseas, but in fact a member of our society receiving the benefits given to those who find themselves out of work. The joke was quite funny.
New CPL - I would tend to agree with Chief as to your present employment situation. Now have a nice day and goodbye.

Santi, thanks for taking the time to come on here and explain someone else's words to me, maybe you should read chief's post above yours. Really don't think he was making a joke, but regardless, I will sleep better tonight knowing your views on the subject. Thanks for coming out champ!

Congrats
Anyway, I have to say something about the NewCPL message, and that is that he's not considering the fact that skyhigh will get to live in the best country in the world, which is Canada... what I wouldn't give to get a job in an airline back home. I love my job right now, and I can't complain, but I do miss Canada.
Cheers, and congrats,
