A wonderful flying career cut short by what looks like the kind of flying that made him who he was: always pushing the limits.

Career cut short? Dude was 84 years old. If I can make it to the can on my own let alone fly an airplane, I'll be pretty happy with that. Godspeed Scotty, Godspeed.
