Starting a Career in Montreal
Hello all, low timer looking to start my aviation career in montreal / st-hubert. willing to work ramp dispatch what ever it takes any ideas as to which companies offer entry level employment ?? Thank you
YulFlyer,
Your best chance right now would be to head west. Take a road trip to Thunder Bay,Manitoba and Alberta. Alot of companies are hiring rampies and dispatchers right now.
In Montreal, there are only a few places that would take a ramp rat and move him into a right seat. The companies I know of are Pascan in YHU and Nolinor in YUL(all the other companies require some time).
Otherwise, you may find a dispatch job at some flight schools in YHU/YJN/YRQ that would eventually lead to instructing.
So my best bet to you is go knock on some doors.
Cheers

Montréal??? Are you nuts???
Bonne chance!

An airplane kills you quickly; a woman takes her time.
