JAZZ Passes
Looking for clarification on the Jazz passes. Have heard that if you get YYZ passes kick in for commuting immediately, if any other base you have to wait 6? Does the WJ jump seat agreement allow you on right away?
Comments from recent hires on commuting pass policy would be nice,
Thanks
Frank

What Dark Helmet said - if you're going to commute you fill out a form for an exemption. It used to be it only worked to YYZ, but now they will let you commute right away from your domicile to your base. I believe it has to be a direct flight, no criss crossing the country.
The Westjet agreement is one between their association and ALPA. You're an ALPA member on day 1 so it applies.

When you come ask us for a jump, all we need is Jazz ID saying you're a peeelot. We don't care what date you started, we're just happy to reciprocate.
