I don't work there but have heard it's still around 1300 hrs with PC-12 time. Someone that works there feel free to correct me.

We had a pilot just leave for Sprint. He had 1800 hrs, 500+ multi PIC and some multi turbine PIC. They seem to like people with time and experience. Website says they want 1500hrs with ATPL.

I could be wrong but I also heard 12 or 13 hundred due to demand. Second hand info from a Sprint pilot.

That has never happened. The last two that went to SimCom had around 1200-1300 hours I think, with most of that time on the PC-12.

For other low timers (eg. 250 hours) NAC Air just sent 2 more rampies to the right seat PC-12 after 4 months waiting.
I think the last group had 4 for the king Air's with only 6 months on the ground.
To go Captain you need 12 months with the company on the flight line and 1000TT ATPL's written and
your shit togather .
Good place to get a start.

Great advice! I had heard the company I work for was 500hrs min but I sent a resume anyway. After 4 months on the ramp I'm right seat on the King Air, 250 hrs TT. If you want it, apply for it!

So TRUE!
The first multi job I got required 500 Multi PIC - I had 4.2 when I was hired, no internal references.

So let me get this straight,
Things are as good as ever in the industry right now in terms of job opportunities, and people are going RIGHT SEAT in a single pilot a/c with >1000hrs? Are you guys nuts?
Oh right, aviation is all about where you're going to be, NOT where you are.
