Actually a complicated question. I might be wrong on this but I believe cruisers are subject to 3 years of flat pay before going into the pay group. If not the year 3 pay group rate is $59.88
There is only a year 4 formula rate for the 777 RP posted which is $91.66 day and $100.83 night... but that is only if you are not in the pay group!! Otherwise year 4 pay group is $73.13 (day/night split)

3rd year pay for any EMB FO or any RP (767, 330, 340, or 777) is all the same at $59.88/hr.
3rd year RP pay is supposed to be flat pay but because of the LOU (letter of understanding) that covers the introduction of Position Group pay, they are now paid 3rd year Position Group pay.
All pilots hired post 2005 are "Branded" Position Group Pilots for life. They can go on formula pay by bidding onto a higher position, but if they remain (or bid back to) EMB FO or any RP position, they will automatically revert to position Group pay once again.

Who thinks this stuff up? And why is it so complicated?? Why not 1st year $Xk, 2nd $X+5k and so on up to a maximum??rd year pay for any EMB FO or any RP (767, 330, 340, or 777) is all the same at $59.88/hr.

Thanks to an ever evolving contract with LOU's that ammend previous confusion... I need a flow chart to figure out what my duty day limitations are given a certain set of variables. The logical thing would be to throw the contract on the impending bonfire of chaos looming in 2009, but I am sure it will just spawn new LOUs to further confuse things.
Well, i dont think people should be worrying too much about the pay. What they should be worried about is how much money their second job will make them when everybody is.......................................................
