Can anyone tell me where the training is done for the initial on the ERJs? Is there a simulator in Canada? How about getting the type endorsed? Thanks for any insight.

As mentioned, all in YYZ, at the AC sim building.
there is a couple of sims 170 &190, owned by AC, and a couple I think in YUL owned by CAE.

I was just wondering where the type rating was done (if AC had their own sims for the ERJ yet), and whether or not the type (flight test, if you will), was signed off by someone at TC or internally. My question as been answered quite nicely, thanks for the replies!
