Clunk, how do these types even find someone willing to rent an airplane to them?
And how did he ever get a license...assuming he had one.

The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no
After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.

Back on topic...
I haven't seen one that bad. I've seen full power over the forgotten chocks. It should be like a rental car agency. You break it you buy it.
Geez did I say that....? Or just think it....?
Re: Glad this kid doesnt fly anything I own!
Does anyone rent a Card? Probably daddy's airplane flown by a spoiled kid who doesn't give a shit 'cause he isn't paying the bills.
Re: Glad this kid doesnt fly anything I own!
and by good standing you mean he's current paid up on his fines...Hedley wrote:Betcha he is in "good standing" with Transport!

Ouch, but maybe our hero needed to drop the kids off at the pool ASAP (Been There
) There's nothing like coming down from FL120 in a 206 knowing your still 25 minutes to the nearest airport/anything while keeping calm and giving an air tour. To land fling open the doors and make the mad dash to the can for explosive decompresion.

...Why didnt anyone around the FBO or on the Ramp say anything to this person...Had i been there i definately would have questioned him
At the same time are you saying we should look out for the private or recreational pilot wearing a backwards hat and baggy shorts or jeans???
Probably right about the aircraft being his dads or w/e. I dont think anyone would rent out a cardinal to somebody like this...i wonder how the checkride was??

Re: Glad this kid doesnt fly anything I own!
Kinda reminds me of an Instructor from PFC @ ZBB many many moons ago took there twin out to demonstrate rejected takeoffs one evening.
We didnt know this at the time he taxied out and see them heading down the runway to chop the throttles and jam on the brakes. We all sat up to try and figure out WTF happend, only to see him taxi to the end turn around and do it again. The three of us who had just landed sat there dumb founded as the glowing Red Brakes turned around and did it again a third time. he taxied in with these things dam near on fire completly unaware of the damage or consequences of there actions. Thank god there where others watching this demonstration of intelligent design who informed them that their Heroism didnt go un-noticed.

Did he taxi through a puddle of water on the way back in? That'd cool 'em off pronto.
