Have a friend who wants to start flying,but claims to be colour blind.
I know that FAA administrates that under Statement of Demonstrated Ability(SODA)
any insights as to how Transport Canada goes about it??
is it possible to fly if proved colour blind.?with restrictions?
any info would be appreciated..
