You're lightyears ahead of everyone. That's got to be one of the most frightening and intimidating workout that I have ever seen.
For those who have not come across this sick and sadistic ritual, a Fran, from my understanding, is:
21 Thrusters (squat with a 40KG ~ 88lbs bar on your front shoulders, then stand up quick and straighten your arms over your head)
21 Pull ups
15 Thrusters
15 Pull ups
9 Thrusters
9 Pull ups
All completed as quickly as humanly, (well inhumanely is a better word) possible.
And here I was just happy dragging my endomorphic self out for a 5km run this morning, now I'm not so proud
