a320 sim to obtain Canadian CPL conversion

Hi everyone,

Currently flying overseas on the 320 and exploring the best avenues for getting my conversion done. First off, is it possible for someone to satisfy the CPL and ME/IR flight tests in an a320 sim for a conversion? It's been a long time since I've flown a piston and could use any spare capacity I'd gain by being in a familiar aircraft. I've asked TC but they just sent me a link that really had nothing to do with my specific question. If anyone has the info or could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated!

Secondly, if I can, where? I did a quick search and came across CAE in Vancouver - any thoughts? I'm currently in SE Asia and I know there are quite a few Canadians up in HKG working for Cathay who may be TC examiners, but then of course we get into the issue of sim approval etc.
