If this shows half of what they're actually like to work for, I may in the future have to send a resume that way. Of course, thats when I get tired of this float flying nonsense

Well done chaps. I'm always impressed by the straightforward ads with actual responsibilites and the wages laid out up front. Good on you! And good on the managerial team for NOT jumping on the Bond bandwagon and instead offering an incentive to stick around. I hope you find solid candidates that serve you well. Hopefully this will bring more companies to the realization that not everyone wants to be stepped on, on both sides of the coin.

Anyone from the 'inside' with an actual view on what they're like to work for? Or past employees that can confirm my assumptions and personal thoughts on the matter?

As much as I would work. If they had a 7 on 7 off or 5 on 5 off like they give there medics. I would apply in a heart beat.
But 10 on and 5 off is a bit excessive. 20 to 21 days a month with possibly 14 hours each day. Mind you good on them for advertising the salary, it is definitely top of the line for northern Ontario wages.
Give me a 7 and 7 schedule and then PM me, i will send you my resume.

Are you kidding. Medics are professionals. They deserve good pay and time off due to the stress of the job....If they had a 7 on 7 off or 5 on 5 off like they give there medics

Politics is supposed to be the second oldest profession. I have come to realize that it bears a very close resemblance to the first.
