Anyone know who this is? Ad is missing basic information as if it is supposed to be some kind of a secret.

I'll fill in the missing pieces...

Wanted-

-5 instructors that will do nearly anything for a flight hour. Must be willing to fly 120 hours dual before recommending a PPL student. Previous experience not required and not recognized. Job requires reading ground school directly from powerpoint slides for 3 hours per night. Must teach airline CRM and SMS even if you have all 300 of your hours in a DA20.

-Need 1 CFI who does not care about quality instruction or safety of the flight line. Need previous experience as a scapegoat for an Accountable Executive. Good eyesight not required as you will be "looking the other way" for most of your tenure.
