No HF and no life rafts. From what I hear if they would even consider it they would probably wait until new aircraft come online, which is being looked into. Most carriers who don't have to don't carry life rafts with out them you are good up to 400 miles off shore which is plenty over in this part...

Oh and I have seen and flown a 200F with an after market door mod. So it can be done .

Not sure who is using them but the 300 is longer then the 200 not sure on the specific length and most likely cheap to find these days.
The 800's are not easy to come by at all.

2. You are waiting for a possible interview and if you get an interview there are no guarantees of a job offer.
