Re: Updated salary tables 2024
Correct, but they don't include the rates from Encore's TA.
Or are they not relevant yet because it's still a TA? I understand either option, just not sure what the avcanada anarchy rules dictate.

Re: Updated salary tables 2024
The updated one is in the encore forum, but I’ll update the one here once the TA is voted upon. I’d also like to include some ATR operators for comparison like Morningstar/5T/Calm Air, but those aren’t as easy to find.goingnowherefast wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 12:15 pm yowflyer23, thanks for all your efforts.
I know the regional pilot chart is in another thread somewhere. Are you able to post it on this thread too? Keep everything in one place?

I dunno how to upload anything to this site. Sorry folks. I'm not nerdy enough.
Re: Updated salary tables 2024
Figure I’d bump this and let whoever makes the tables do their thing now that Porters response to the AC TA is out

Re: Updated salary tables 2024
Thanks for putting the table together.
Small suggestion to consider…..Since Porter’s rates are effective Jan 1, Wj’s rates should also reflect their pay increase on Jan 1.

it would be awesome to be able to see work rules, vacation, other QOL as well because as we know $$ isn't everything.

Re: Updated salary tables 2024
I agree and I've thought about doing that but it's tough to find that information without the contracts in front of me and it would also be quite time consuming to put it all together. If someone from each airline would post a summary here that would be wonderful!throwawaycorporate wrote: ↑Sat Dec 28, 2024 12:47 pm it would be awesome to be able to see work rules, vacation, other QOL as well because as we know $$ isn't everything.

Re: Updated salary tables 2024
That’s a good question that I do not have an answer for. One would have to go through every single airline. Maybe there’s another wj pilot on here that’s willing to do that leg work:). I was thinking more along the line of CA questions.

I’ve tried attaching the Collective Agreement for the references to the Ca in my response above, however I’m getting an error message that the file is too large

Thanks for all the awesome info, if others can chime in from other airlines I'm sure we're all curious.
