Re: Air Canada parking 155 aircraft!!

Hey Slip, EXCELLENT post !! Know-it-alls come on here telling everyone how it's going to be and why this is and why that is and so on. If they're so s-m-r-t why in the hell aren't they in the corporate boardrooms running the show making $ instead of hanging out in the front end of airplanes I could ...

Re: Small Things Make Me Feel Good Sometimes

"You guys at WestJet are like a bunch of spoilt brats" Nice spelling, "professional pilot".

Not actually true; they're Forenghis. And JD seems to be an anomaly within the Forenghi nation, kind of like a retard amongst the general population.

Re: hiring at Jazz!!!

Second May GS is cx. Due tosome return to works (LOA's) and the fact that these pilots would have been online only in mid JUly and the flying slows down in Sept, the company has decided they'll make due with the new hires planned. Nothing to due with reductions and blah blah blah. Want to know about...

Re: jazz guys in the jumpseat

Don't forget the 15 RJ 1000's ordered that Bombardier is very tight-lipped about. That # 15 sure is common.

Re: Air Canada parking 155 aircraft!!

Lufthansa to save the day, eh? And you guys talk about the C-series as if it were actually going to mainline. Lufthansa bought the C for a Swiss regional carrier it owns. If they actually were intersested in AC they would probably humble you even more than the new guy is about to. Jazz will emerge w...

Re: Will Enerjet fly?

True North said: "Yeah, Tim's two airplanes are going to put the BIG hurt on WJ." I believe quite a few pilots were saying the same thing (about AC) in Canada when WJ began with a of couple of worn out -200's and a few pussed-out pilots willing to do the work for a lot less than industry avera...

Re: Jazz losing their C2's

Endless, It'sa former MEC guy who showed me the payscales and I believe that what I was shown had a few more years on the AC side. However, I could be mistaken. Nonetheless, some AC EMB pilots, other than recently hired ones, are making $ from the 320 payscales and so forth. I don't care about the $...

Re: Jazz losing their C2's

Hello all, With regards to the numerous references to the Jazz CPA w/ AC: Perhaps it is over-priced but from what I have seen in articles on the subject in various journals it is not double. Yes there is an agreement until 2015 with two 5-year renewal possibilities after that. But the price tag is r...
